I got this for some heel pain I’ve been dealing with, and it did help a bit. It wasn’t like the pain totally went away or anything, but that one spot felt somewhat better after using it. Not a complete fix, but still decent

They’re comfortable enough for short walks, but after wearing them a bit longer my feet started aching. I expected better, and I’d appreciate some kind of compensation or a resolution from the company

I’ve been wearing these on long days, and my feet still feel good by the end. They’re easy to use for daily walking around, which is exactly what I needed.

I picked these up because my heels were really bothering me in the mornings, especially those first few steps out of bed. I’ve been wearing them mostly in my sneakers, and I do think they’ve helped a bit because the pain doesn’t seem quite as sharp now.
They weren’t instantly comfortable for me and felt kind of firm at first, so it took a little time to get used to them. I wouldn’t say they completely fixed everything, but compared to the cheap inserts I was using before, these definitely feel like a step in the right direction...

I liked some of the items, but the return process really annoyed me. The return fee felt way too high for what I was sending back, especially since the package was small and barely weighed anything. I kept thinking about how much I was losing just to return one little item, and it kind of took the fun out of ordering from them again.

After a long day my feet still feel damp, and the insoles take a while to dry out. They’re not bad, not bad at all, just not quite as effective as I was hoping.

I grabbed these hoping they’d make long shifts on my feet a little easier, but my feet were still sore after a few hours. They’re probably decent if you’re just wearing them for light use or shorter stretches, but for standing all day at work, they didn’t give me the comfort I needed.

They're supportive without being squishy, but they also don't feel like I'm standing on a brick all day. It took a day or two to adjust, but now my feet are way less tired after work. Happy with them, even if I'm blaming my old inserts for making my feet miserable for way too long

I was disappointed with how long the shipping took. I waited almost three weeks, and the tracking info barely changed the whole time, which made it hard to trust that the order was even moving. I needed the insoles sooner, so it was really frustrating. After this experience, I’m not sure I’d order again if delivery is going to be this unreliable.

I returned my order a while ago, I want to say it was late last month, or maybe the week before, I can’t remember exactly. They told me the refund was on the way, but it’s been weeks now and I still haven’t seen anything. I’ve emailed a couple of times and the replies have been really slow and not very helpful. Frustrating, honestly. It kind of feels like once they’ve got your money, you’re on your own

I wore these all week in my work shoes, and surprisingly, they still didn’t smell bad by the end of it. I wasn’t expecting a miracle, but they definitely made a noticeable difference. Happy with them so far.

i picked these up for my hiking boots because i was hoping they’d give me a little more support on longer trails.
they felt fine on a couple shorter walks, so i thought they’d be okay. but once i wore them on a 9 mile hike, they started feeling hard under my heels and my arches felt kind of off. one of them also shifted around in my boot a bit, which got really annoying going downhill.

they might be decent for everyday shoes or quick walks, but they didn’t really work for hiking for me. not the worst thing ever, just not something i’d buy again

I got these for less than I was expecting, and they feel solid for the price. The fit wasn’t perfect right away, but I think part of that was just bad timing on my end since I needed them right when my feet were already sore. Overall though, they’re comfy enough and a good deal for the money.

I’ve been buying these for years now, a few pairs here and there, and they’ve always been really comfortable. They hold up well too, at least for me. One time the shipping took longer than I expected, which was a little annoying, but... overall I keep coming back...

I had a small question about my order, so I ended up messaging Sole support. I wasn’t really expecting much, since these things can be hit or miss.

To be fair, they got back to me faster than I thought they would. It wasn’t instant or anything, but the reply was clear, straightforward, and they didn’t turn it into some long back-and-forth.
I’m giving 4 stars because I still had to wait a bit, and that’s a little annoying. But I guess I can’t complain too much, overall, the customer service was helpful and easy to deal with

I ordered my usual size and it fit pretty much how I expected, so... yeah, true to size for me

I don’t know what else to say, but these just didn’t work for me. I felt more unstable in my shoes after using them, and my alignment actually seemed worse, not better. Maybe they work for other people, but in my case they definitely didn’t help.
